Processing & Delivery We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, Monday to Saturday.

United Kingdom
At checkout, you'll be able to choose the delivery option that works best for you. Delivery times vary depending on the option selected.

International Shipping (Excluding EU)
International orders typically arrive within 7–9 business days of dispatch, based on recent delivery times, though this can vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees & Calculation of estimated arrival dates, will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders reserve items that are not yet available for immediate dispatch. Estimated availability dates are provided at checkout and may change due to supplier or logistics delays. Full payment, including delivery fees, is required at the time of pre-order unless otherwise stated.

Delivery for Pre-Orders
If your order includes both pre-ordered items and in-stock items, separate shipments may be required. In such cases, two delivery fees may apply.

Cancelling a Pre-Order
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped and a confirmation email has been sent, the pre-order can no longer be cancelled, and you'll need to refer to our Returns Policy.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your books on their way to you.

Delays
While we do our best to give accurate estimates, delivery times are occasionally affected by factors outside our control, including customs, weather, and carrier delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll help track it down.
