Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Delivery We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. 
Shipping Fees Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Pre Orders Pre-orders reserve items that are not yet available for immediate dispatched. Estimated availability dates are provided at checkout and may change due to supplier or logistics delays. Full payment, including delivery fees, is required at the time of pre-order unless otherwise stated.
Delivery for Pre Orders If your order includes both pre-ordered items and in-stock items, separate shipments may be required. In such cases, two delivery fees may apply, one for the in-stock items shipped immediately, and another for the pre-ordered items shipped later.
